This is a great book for both established vegetarians and new ones alike. The author gives vegetarian versions of classic meat dishes as well as new and original creations. A warning for English buyers - most of the ingredients are in the American measuring unit (cups) and some American ingredients aren't easily available in this country. However, they can easily be substitued for an equally tasty result. There's a great variety of recipes here - from risottos to stir-fries, from soups to salads, from sushi to desserts. I recommend the Indian Spiced Vegetables over basmati rice - it's delicious!
