Top critical review
Author has allot more to give than this heavily stretched out book.

The first thing to know is that although the books has 134 pages, they have done a ridiculous job of "stretching" the book out. Chapter 1 doesn't start before Page 15, and its page 29 before any learning is possible, as Chapter 1 mainly talks about the author becoming religious. Thats nice for him, but its irrelevant to the reader.
There is a comical amount of half pages of writing in the book with large amounts of blank page left and any diagram that is printed is completely blurred from bad print quality (it was printed by Amazon, according to the book). In addition, the actual text is pretty big. In reality, this is a 50 page book (at best) that's been overly stretched out to appear bigger. You'll get through the book in 2 days, easily.
Having said that, I actually really like the author. He has a way of explaining things in a very short space and keeps it exceptionally simple. If you dont have a clue about property investing, then its a good book for you. I certainly learned a few things that will help me, but there's allot of repetition in the book.
Its fantastic that the author uses real-life examples from his own experience or the experience of others. However, any example that he talks about other than himself, coincidentally happens to be based on a person who attended his course. His own course is heavily plugged throughout the book, allot!
Overall, I think the author has an enormous amount of experience and knowledge to give, that's obvious from a very early stage. However, I cant help but feel a little underwhelmed as I believe he held back allot in this book, possibly in an effort to entice people to come to his training courses. I know that allot of authors do this, but they're usually a little more subtle about it.
I would love to see the author write a larger more detailed book. I would 100% be happy to buy it. As I said, this is a good start for the author but he clearly has much more to give.
