Not easy to copy sheets...
22 August 2016
I bought it for the "readily accessible portfolio of worksheets" and handouts that the book says we "are welcome to photocopy". Snag is, the only way to copy them properly is by breaking the spine of the book to get the sheets to lay flat for full-screen copying.
Ideally the book would have been spiral bound.
For that reason, I originally said that I felt that the book was not terribly and an opportunity wasted IMO.
However DR James kindly responded to my review and very promptly (same day) sent me a PDF of the entire book from which I can easily print the worksheets.
I start a placement in the next few weeks where they use CBT as their modality, so I will see then how useful the worksheets are in use.
