Not exactly “healthy” family food. You can find better recipes online. Also, for a fitness/health book, it doesn’t have macronutrient breakdown or kcals so not that good for dieters. Everyone knows kcals in vs kcals out.
Great recipes. First time I have had a cook book in kindle format. Wasn't ideal as lots scrolling back and forth, hard to flick thru and pic of recipie always after the description. 5* for the book and prob bit less for the format. Love fiction on kindle, but don't recommend cook books on kindle
This is the 4th book that I have bought from the Joe wicks range. I have throughly enjoyed all the previous ones and this is no different. The recipes are all easy to follow and the majority have pictures which makes it easy to see if what you have created is similar to how they have prepared theirs. I have had a number of spices and herbs that were given to me as a gift and until I picked up these books I had never used them.
Even if you don't have much experience of cooking previously you will find things easy to make from the book and following some of the workouts available from the other range complements the healthy lifestyle I'm adopting.
Thanks Joe, now I don't have to double up the ingredients, gives me more time to enjoy the wonderful recipes and to be more adventurous. The explanatories at the beginning are helpful and explain a lot more about foods and their effects. A great new kitchen bible.
Fab book. Have tried a few recipes and have found them easy to follow and tasty. The portion sizes arnt always as big as I’d like but you can just add more ingredients. The ingredients used in the recipes are all items you’d find in your local supermarket and are fairly quick and simple.
