Made 3 meals in one go to set me up for the week and so far they have been out of this world! I purchased mainly for the low carb high protein recipes and am not dissapointed! I bought the book on the back end of watching Joes show so if you haven't seen it i believe its on catch up where he teaches you how to cook it all!
I found this book really easy and educational to read. I've been obsessed with my weight forever but can't stick to any regime as I find it all so restrictive and boring. This book simply states to be organised with your food and exercises.... there's no mention of giving anything up.
This guys books are amazing and also amazing delivering i ordered the green, blue and red colloured one and they all turned up the next day early and i didnt even have next day delivery and they all have the best looking food that i want to try out and to top it of a working out plan for yourself and also a page to make your own on not gunna lie these books are the best books ever
