This is a great book and very informative about how men stay in shape in prison. There are stories as well as workout techniques and routines. I highly recommend it.

A short book with a good message.

Train hard, add weight where you can and always master the basics for the best results.

A no-none sense ,back to basics training guide that is amusingly and honestly delivered. Real life routines interspersed with anecdotes and tips. Pics also help and is a great guide for a novice up to a seasoned powerlifting.

There's a lot about jail in here. I was more interested in the routines, and they deliver. Tried and tested.

basically a rehash of tried and trusted method. nothing new or stand out. would be beneficial for a beginner
convict conditioning is a far better book

Some really good workouts in here. Covers quite a broad range of training from strength to cardio. I liked the neck section. Well worth kindle price.

great book and so handy if you cant make it to the gym just try a prison style workout and if you can make it the pig iron program is awesome.

This book has served as an inspiration and I'll hopefully see some gains in strength with the program. Well worth the read.
