Great read: Highly recommend

Product management is not an exact science but there are core principles/ways of thinking that if you incorporate into your own working life, will make you a better manager, leader, and product person. This is not a guide to product management, this is something more, a collection of experiences warts and all with lessons learned. Martin and the gang have captured beautifully a collection of lessons, guidance, and war stories from a host of different experiences from plucky start ups to fully functional global establishments. Wether you are a product manager starting out or a veteran of the field there is some useful stuff here. It has given me an extra spring in my step and thankful and proud to work in this glorious, crazy, and exciting profession.
Would love to read a follow up in the future.
