Really good book for anyone wanting to learn more about mental health without it being complicated and this book does exactly that. It also adds an element of humour without being disrespectful and it is really informative. This book really makes people feel like they’re not alone as not only does it include information and helplines but also includes anecdotes (personal stories) to help you understand how it impacts real people! I wish I had a book like this 5 years ago!
