Brilliant book, lots of basic stuff here but also lots of more advanced stuff too. Very good for beginners building up to advanced level. Great descriptions and illustrations to get you head round each workout. Highly recommended.

This was a great read. Very good artwork and a wide range of exercises and levels to choose from. You will be abler to cobble a routine that's right for you with a bit of experimentation. Don't do more than 3 exercises of a body part though or you'll over train.

Looking forward to reading, due to MS in the brain I hope to gain enough use out of this book to get my core back to normal.

Great format! Lots of descriptions, clear pictures and a lot of exercise examples. And I love they are sorted by level of difficulty
