Best Bodyweight book by a mile

Bought this book, knowing Bret from other articles, and he's once again provided a top notch book.
Being a newbie to Bodyweight training, I wanted something that would not only show me what to do, but when to do them, and how to do the exercises.
This book has kept me engaged from beginning to end, and has ignited the fire for me to move onwards and upwards.
I would definitely recommend this to anybody, from newbie to experienced.
