First of all, i bought the book from another shop, about a month ago. I can say that this book is what a beginner needs to start to implement his ideas. The book is very instructive with a lot of source code to read. The author explains almost every line of code that he writes. If you are a beginner i highly recommend to try to expand every source code on this book using your imagination and write it in Xcode to test it.That's the only way to learn better and faster. I'm an intermediate iOS developer and the reason i bought this book, is because iOS 7 changed so much things for me and i wanted a book that include all this changes together when i need to do something that is different from iOS 6. This book is a cookbook so every section is independent, but with a quick look at each chapter, i found out that the author wrote each chapter in row that make sense. So if you are a new developer, you can read all this book from the beginning to the end. Many times i caught myself to read more sections that the one i wanted due to the physical row the author used to write the contact of his book. Highly recommended!
Clear and concise example of many IOS features for those that already have some understanding of Objective C and the basics of IOS. If you have just started programming in IOS and want just the skinny on certain functions then this book is for you. If you are just learning Object C then probably not the book for you.
