This publication is riddled with errors, from not only the low-resolution images that were coloured to give a grainy appearance, but also the colours are off so any chance of using them as a colour template for others is not that advised. The text and captions are flawed with errors. However, there is a darker side to this publication in the form of the images used, the large amount lifted from private collectors who gave no consent to them being used in any form. As this book was the first in a series, I imagine the other publications follow a similar suite. Seriously, don't waste your money or time on this publication when all what is printed in this book are already available to view online anyway and for FREE I may add.

As a big fan of ocean liners from the period in question, it is so nice to see the ships in colour. Although some pictures are questionable (primarily because of their size, resulting in the colouring going off the edges of the ships), that is the only negative view I have of the book. Other than that it is a truly brilliant read over and over again....
