inspiration for new & established vegans

This book starts by presenting the reasons for a vegan diet and ways to move to a vegan diet if currently eating meat, fish & dairy. Whilst American this book contains ingredients easily sourced in the UK. It also provides plenty of inspiration for established vegans like myself who tend to resort to too much convenience foods. There are also some simple recipes included where required and the reader is encouraged to substrate items with their favourite ingredients.
