Follow up to Three Men in a Boat, amusing but not as funny as the first book.

When you figure out what a "Hummel" is it is almost as good as its prequel! Very funny and well worth a read.

Although over 100 years old, JKJ's travel accounts are still hilarious today. If you're looking for adventure and tomfoolery from yesteryear then Three Men in a Boat and Three Men in a Bummel are for you. Great reads for book lovers who like both comedy and travel books. Every chapter is funny. Trust me, this book should be famous.

Just as funny as I remembered it from the 1940's! He is a bit repetitive, but it's good.

Entertaining tale from a master of ironic observation.

Cycling across 19th century Germany provides as much amusement and opportunities for the three of them to get themselves into scrapes as pulling along the Thames.

If you liked Three Men in a Boat then you will love this.

Although it is mostly set abroad, this book takes you back to a better time and how England used to look and feel.
