An excuse for religious bigotry
on 10 March 2013
This book is in three parts.
The first is exciting and well written. Leaves you looking forward to what's next in store. The second part is like treading water. Adds little to the story and I found it quite ponderous. It's when I came to the third part that I became incensed at the blinkered depiction of Muslims as worshipers of the Devil and as Christians being the only true followers of God.
This book should have been classified as religious fiction in which case I would have steered well clear of it. It manages two stars purely on the strength of the first section.
