this book is very repetitive and drawn out. I gave up after reading about half of it. I usually persevere but this was not for me

This is a easy to understand interesting book about Feast/ Fast approach to weight loss. It is very informative on all the health benefits associated with this time approach to food. Hope to start trying it myself soon!

Yes, this should work. Yes, I'm sure it's healthy, and it sounds so simple. Unfortunately after a day in that hell we call work, I'm not in a mood for restraint. Maybe when I retire . . . .
