Not the ultimate preserving book that I was looking for

This book provides some good recipies that are easily explained and well photographed. The title is perhaps a little misleading for anyone wishing to concentrate on jams and chutneys only (as I did) because the book contains other types of preserving etc. Most of the recipies make 3lb or often less. I prefer to make more than this for my efforts! However, a handy book to have with the others.
