If your curious about the other side of the batman universe it's not a bad place to start the joker material is better but I like the idea behind. it if its going cheap buy it I've always liked the female batman villains and seeing them together in a series is a novel treat but that about it there is fill ins of various other batman stories but generally it's good filler short sweet and works for me

I read a library copy of the paperback.
I am unclear ofn the distinction here between the Gotham Sirens and the Birds of Pre series Dc have produced over the years, these are also female villains/anti-heroes grouped together against bad guysand although they do consist of Gotham based girls they could quite easily include any of the other members without really changing the title's ethos, witness the guest appearance of Zatanna working well enough here.
Anyway, what we have are three misfits fitting together, it's all a bit Charlie's Anti-Angels and for such `villains' they feel sanitised for a mass audience.
In this trade there's some spotlight on Ivy for a storyline but any development of character is not progressed onward.
The goal of prying Batman's identity from Catwoman confused me but was clearly shoehorned in to elicit an appearance of Talia Al-Ghul (who looked too much like Marvel's Black Widow)
Not a bad trade but hardly an original concept.
