This an excellent introduction to web workshop preparation and presentation for both new and experienced "traditional" trainers / facilitators. Although quite short, it is comprehensive, and pulls no punches when looking at the issues associated with keeping participants involved and interested, and when managing sessions in a virtual environment. First published in 2009, some of the technology has, predictably, moved on a bit, but this is still a very worthwhile reference to have on your desk. For me, the overall energy for the subject that the author displays makes it a pleasureable, easy read. However the incessant, unnecessary reference to her company and its products was iritating, and frankly somewhat pathetic.
