Thank you, Heathcote Williams. I knew nothing of Badshah Khan before reading this book. An important discovery, which somewhat counter-balances current Islamophobia. I hope the peace warrior's seed takes root!

Everyone should read this book- amazing and makes the life we see nowadays more understandable as far as extremists go!!!

Read 'Badshah Khan: Islamic Peace Warrior' and you'll wonder why, like Ghandi, he isn't a household name. And the book couldn't be more timely, with the spread of Islamophobia and anti-Muslim racism. As to be expected from author Heathcote Williams, whose many publications include 'Whale Nation', the book is beautifully written, illuminating the life of an extraordinary man of peace. In my view, it's a must-read.
