I think it's a really solid introduction to running a martial arts school for profit. Nothing groundbreaking, but it doesn't claim to be - it focuses on three simple yet important principles of business that any business needs to remember. Maybe it is not so useful for a not-for-profit community club, but it should be essential reading for anyone considering setting up their own professional school.
if you are running a martial arts school then you will need this to come back to time and time again. Add this to your reading list. If you are not in martial arts for the money!, You still need to cover your rental and other cost. So make sure you have this in your home library. thanks Mike.
