The Normal of Paranormal
on 10 April 2014
Waid tells how he discovered his talent and how he developed it. And how others reacted in predictable ways to his research.
Many people experience the paranormal, but not everyone reports it for fear of being labeled as crazy or at least weird. Some will refuse to accept their own experiences, either out of fear or disbelief. Then there are those who block such phenomena, making themselves blind to the wonder of nature’s complexity.
Waid is telling us that the paranormal is really normal. For example, if a recorder or a camera can record what we see and hear, then it’s only reasonable that elements in our environment can act as imperfect recorders or cameras to capture events of the past. Waid also illustrates that ghosts and spirits are the norm. Relatively speaking, the gray world we perceive is really full of color, with its dangers and its blessings.
