I have bought many vegan cookbooks and used some and just read and sent others to the charity shop. This one is a keeper many tasty recipes and to be honest worth the price just for the vegan boursin recipe which is fab.
As a newbie dabbling in vegan-ism I was not that impressed to be honest , so maybe thats where the problem lay ... but I'm not convinced as I have recently bought other vegan cook books which I adore. I did not buy the book for sweet treats more for easy tasty nutritious main meals, so I have to say I was truly delighted with the Anzac biscuits which I substituted jaggery instead of brown sugar and added dried fruit and walnuts . Sadly there has not been any recipe that I though "must make that" but to be fair maybe I need to look again with fresh eyes
