What this book does is put to bed the cult of "over-breathing". If you only snore when your mouth is open then this is a life changer. Explains very simply how to modify breathing throughout the day and when you go to bed so that you only breathe through your nose. I'm feeling more refreshed and if wake in the night, now know better how to fall back to sleep.
This book has been very helpfull. Since I read and following the instructions from the author I can sleep much better and my head aches almost desapiered and I dont feel as tired durant the day as I used to. I recomend this book
