This book is packed with really useful techniques for changing and improving your life, written in a humourous, easy to read style, but totally serious in the strategies it offers for self-improvement, all of which are easy to understand and implement. The author shows us how to discover our core values, belief systems and behavioural norms, set goals, build confidence, manage stress, conquer fears, and much more. The book isn't afraid to tackle more serious problems either, like mid-life crisis and depression, which are dealt with sensitively and realistically.
All in all, a great read, and a valuable tool for people who are looking for ways to have more success and happiness in their lives. Highly recommended.
An accessible, 'reader friendly' guide into the world of Life Coaching. This book provides short and insightful examples drawn from practice. Chris Wesley outlines the main principles and techniques of his approach, making clear illustrations of the challenges which arise when changing attitudes, and the positive outcomes of developmental change. An ideal first read for anyone wishing to know more about Life Coaching.
I loved this book. It's easy to read (and re-read) with lots of really useful information that you may already know, but need to be reminded of sometimes. I often refer to it when I'm in need of a little motivation. A great book that I would highly recommend.
