Good info - not quite there
17 October 2011
After reading the excellent and eye opening GAPS book, I was expecting good things from this.
There is some good information and to someone who always thought cholesterol was the root of all evil - then this a must read. To someone more knowledgeable, then most of the info is basic enough so that the layman can understand and thus does not go into great depths.
The first half of the book is quite good and gives some good info.
However the second half (though entirely relevant), is cut and pasted from the GAPS book.
Also there are no diagrams/pictures at all in this book.
This is good basic reading but there must be better books out there on the subject.
