Useful practical strategies

This is really practically helpful on two levels. One for identifying several different ways in which people with the same problem rationalise it, and two for suggesting different strategies for using NLP to change someones' attitude to their problems, allowing them to make real, positive changes in their life. There are some good scripts in here too, which you can use with your existing techniques. Some of them, such as the weight loss, involve helping someone understand their own feelings and motivation and becoming more mindful of the effect their behaviour has on them. This allows them to make changes.
It's also well written and full of examples of how the techniques work and how to tweak them if they're not producing the results you expect.
