The authors are supposed to be scientists but the way this book is written in is quasi-scientific. I know that there isn't much research done on black cumin but still it could have been written in a much better way.
One example is the case studies which are put after some of the "recipes" to prove that black cumin works only this time the cases are for people who got improvement in their condition but used the oil or capsules directly and not the recipe itself!
There is a brief introduction at the start but there isn't much in it.
So, and as their case studies suggest the recipes are not important and you can take the oil and get the same result and the little introduction at the start doesn't have much more information than what you would get by googling.
The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is because some of the recipes might work better than consuming it directly.
