Lovey images to go along with the smooth writing style.
Really helps children to see how mood and feelings effects them. Once finished talking about what make them how them feel similar to the book and these emotions really followed.
This book was a steady read, some children may struggle to stay focus for full book in one sitting. Worth a read a pleasant book.

Anxiety for young children can be very difficult to undertsand and express. This enjoyable book really helps them to learn about anxiety, and how to deal with it.

I really wanted a book to promote conversation with my son about his anxieties. As a nine year old he didn't like the illustrations and said they were too scary and made him dizzy. I really liked the story and think it would be a good story to use in classroom setting or nurture groups as conversation opener.

Brought this for my 5 year old daughter as she worries quite a lot. She loves the story and bright images and it seems to have made quite a difference with her anxieties.

Another good book for helping children to think about their feelings and to show how to express them through stories.

This book is good to use with primary school children - nice pictures, colourful, a bit wordy but you can simplify it easily.

My foster children really enjoyed this book. It put it into perspective for them, that it's ok to have wobbles when feeling sad and missing family. It is also very useful for nurture groups or individuals.
