Great recipe and technique book for bread-making

If you love bread, and especially if you want a "how-to" guidebook containing not merely hundreds of different recipes, but also techniques for all the main styles of bread from bagels to flatbread to brioche, this is it. Think of it as an encyclopedia of bread-making. This book contains recipes for rare and exotic breads that you won't be able to buy in any delicatessen - you either make them yourself, or go without. Whatever type of bread, from whatever culture, this book has it. This is an invaluable guide to the whole subject and well worth it's price.
