Lots of good ideas in this easy to read book. It's all about the internet and especially about getting a website of your own, but it makes sense and can apply to any creative. Austin Kleon is enthusiastic and has given this a lot of thought, condensed into a small book with simple graphics (maybe too simple - and too much wasted space)

Succinct and valuable read. Austin has clearly had success with his work and wants to pass on some useful lessons learnt along the way without patronising the reader! Absolutely loved some of the ideas e.g the Vampire Test and books are made out of books. It makes you want to take steps forward.

Finished quickly on the kindle, a real page turner. However enjoying going back through on the Kindle Cloud Reader to see the illustrations & quotes in full detail!

Some good ideas for writers and artists here. As usual, with this type of books, one could also read a summary to just get the ideas, but even as it is, it can be read in a few hours and the author's artwork makes it worthwhile to get the book (or, as in my case, the Kindle file).

You can read this book in 30 minutes. Full of thoughtful quotes and not one from Einstein or Mark Twain, original sources for a refreshing change. A great book for anyone wondering what to share, what not to, how to begin and even to those who have started to begin again.

Brilliant book.
Bought it for an A level student who is too shy to publicise her work.

Worth getting, though the price is a bit steep.

I LOVED this book. It's completely changed the way I think about the work I do. I'm newly inspired and I can't wait to put some of Austin Kleon's advice into action.
