A doorway to illustrate why EQ is more important than IQ
on 12 October 2014
A set of simple tests that produce some insights for individuals and more importantly for me, insights during group coaching. With a forward by the chairman of high IQ society MENSA, I use this book in training courses to ease people into understanding how development of EQ has more impact than trying to appear to be the cleverest person in the room. The fact that people see their diagnostic as 'an obvious statement that applies to everyone', then realising that everyone else has a different statement, also eases people into understanding that we all have different maps of the world, and to have influence, we should tailor our communications to their map.
