The trouble with a lot of Brian's work is that it is repeated in many of his titles, this book is no exception.
A reasonable book, but like many of Brian's titles has some errors , some tutors dislike Brian's work for this reason.
A lot of the text can be found in the Electrical installation title.
The title by Ray Tricker is better suited for someone who wants to fully understand the new amended regulations.
When students purchase text books they are looking for new information, so when they buy, say 5 of these new pocket books they are not going to be pleased that the same written text is in most of them.
Students also buy books to try and work through different examples but in these books the worked examples are the same.
Some of the graphics are good but equally some are a bit amateurish.
On the plus side the book is not to expensively priced.
Ok as a one off but not if you are purchasing other titles by the same author.
