I found this publication very informative and interesting. As someone who suffers from gluten, wheat and dairy intolerance it really helped me understand the reasons behind food sensitivity and why this occurs, as well as giving information on what to eat and what to look out for, and also to read labels on every product. There are so many hidden 'dangers' in foods that we don't realise we are eating. I keep this book handy for reference purposes as I am still getting used to this new way of eating. I would recommend this book to anyone who thinks they may have a food allergy or intolerance.
This book has been a huge help to me and pointed me in new and really helpful directions as food allergies have been a long term problem for me. It is the first really user friendly book I have read as it clearly explains the background to hidden food allergies and all the possible solutions. The medical explanations are simply explained and easily understood and the practical steps towards understanding this difficult condition are equally clear. The authors have both suffered from food allergies themselves and there is a genuine feeling of empathy in the writing. I highly recommend this book to anyone who suspects that they may have allergies of any sort.
