I already have the book of this (which comes with the mindfulness CD) but I wanted the CD of the book so I can listen to it when on the move (the the meditation bit!!!). It's great and I find it really easy to follow and it's the first time I've been able to meditate long term.
Clearly written book with CD of guided meditations. 8 week program which is easy to follow, however you do have to make time twice a day to complete the meditations. Well worth the money if you are interested in mindfulness.
