For anyone who has looked in the vegetable box, or fridge, and wondered what to do with all those carrots

This book is so useful that I have bought it, as a gift, for several other people.
It is a great companion for the organic vegetable box subscriber as it covers lots of recipes for all the different vegetables you are likely to get and can relly help with a seasonal glut of any type of produce.
Don't see this as a vegetarian book, as this covers all the vegetable accompaniments you might want for any meat or fish meal.
Of course not every recipe works and, in some, swapping sauces or other ingredients will lead to new combinations.
Grouping the vegetables by type is useful as it can be helpful to think about the vegetable groups and try swapping one for another in a much-loved dish.
The chapters including pulses, rice, pasta and grains are more useful for cooking vegetarian and vegan meals.
