Christine Feehan once again creates a magickal world of love and healing. This time a lonely man struggling to over come his past abuse at the hands of his own father, and help a younger brother do the same, meets a most unusual healer in the form of the local vet. Her amazing ability with animals is nothing compaired to her ability to bring warmth and love into their lives. Maia turns Cole on but can he let his wall's down to trust her ?

In the second book, Harry a man with a heart of gold is also a man with an unusual problem, he becomes a wolf. You will love this unusual story of love. A great read for a cold winters day

This book has two christmas stories by the queens of dark fantasy genre. However theses stories are not written in their usually style they are based on that Christmas brings a new beginnings and hope. The first is about two abused brothers trying to deal with the murder of their abusive father who are brought together and healed by a vet who has a psychic link to animals. The second is about a animal rescue worker who has a psychic link to animal and find a a wolf who shifts in to a Human who is tracking missing teenagers

Enjoyed this. Nothing surprising or earth shattering - but an enjoyable romantic read for those moments when you need that little bit of escapism or hope that just maybe there's another world out there, full of noble characters, worth fighting for. Hey,life is good but now and again.. I need hero..and a laugh. I can get all serious again when I put it down, only problem is when a book is enjoyable - it ends.. Worth putting on the list, then some cold wet/snowy evening, preferably around Christmas, curl up on the couch in front of a real fire - all visitors/family barred and enjoy!

Two very different stories from two great authors. Christine Feehan is a personal favourite but I hadn't read anything by Susan Sizemore, I will be as soon as I can. Read and enjoy.

Brilliant erotic fantasy, as good as all her other novels. Supernatural erotica at it's best
