Very informative book for those golfers who want to improve their core muscles. It explains which area of the body to focus on to improve technique and then shows the muscles involved together with a description of the excersies best for that area of the body. Would highly recommend it as it would improve fitness level generally.

Brilliant book for conditioning your body in the off season. Use it and you will see how important it is for the affects on your body for your golf swing. The more flexible your body the better you can perform your golf swing. Very clearly written with good pictures.
Clear instructions on how to do the exercises and explanations of why it is important in the golf swing. Progressions as well as easier variations are included to cater for a range of abilities. Overall, very useful to any golfer wanting to improve.
