This book provides the absolute foundations needed to effectively perform Olympic lifts. Though limited in its exercise variation the exercies themselves are highly effective for raw power development needed for positive translation to sport-speific movements. It is well detailed for not only informative reading, but also useful for practical learning with well detailed pictures and comprehensive literature to support the execution of the lifts. On top of that the DVD that accompanies the book is absolutley great and complements the book really well. Highly recommended for learning these demanding, but also rewarding exercises for improved sporting performance.
