Produced by Microsoft and titled Resource Kit has an impressive nearly 750 pages. Yet I bought it not to read from front to back like a novel but use as the name suggests as a 'resource'. Yet nearly every time I need to get an answer for something its not mentioned.
Where's the content on OCS voice capabilities? If you interested in that area you're going to be very upset purchasing this Resource Kit. It might be the case that some areas are more informative but everytime I try use this book as a reference I don't get my answers and end up googling to find out what I need.

agree with the last reviewer. This is a really poor publication despite the back cover claiming to be "in-depth and comprehensive" and "delivering the information you need to deploy, administer and troubleshoot" Microsoft Office Communications Server. Well best of luck! ;-) I think you are better off saving your money and putting it towards the thousands of pounds a systems integrator will charge you to work all this out for you.

Save your money- there is plenty of free documentation on Microsoft's site you can print off. As for working out how many servers you will need, how the system scales, how to effectively deploy VoIP, how to re-engineer your network, how to plan your deployment- you will not get that from this book.
