Well written, with clear explanation of Alexander Principles.
The author recommends having one to one lessons with a qualified Alexander teacher, to fully understand one's habits and how to changethem.
I think this is rather at odds with the self exploration-exercises in the book which are tricky to do as a beginner. They also need a lot of dedication and patience.
They do give a flavour of the sort of patient exploration that F.M. Alexander undertook when developing his Technique.
