Keith Floyd, has done it again with style and wit, on his latest culinary adveture. His travels through the Artic wastelands of Lapland, Denmark, Sweden and to Norway's fjords and Greenland, Floyd cooks up marvelous tasty bits such as: Pilau Rice with Lamb, Mussels in saffron cream, Halibut with red pepper sauce and beetroop crisps among many others. The receipes in the book are simple to follow, and as usual include witty and entertaining travelogue bits. The photos are stunning,and breathtaking. An absolutely delightful journey with Keith Floyd

the pictures alone would merit the purchase of this book ,breathtakingly beautiful ,a great insight into these cultures and elegant and easy recipes as always but it and love it and wow your friends and family alike
