On the whole, this is a good book. The ability to download the menu cards is great. The only downfall, is that it doesn't contain any calorie information on any of the recipes. So, if like me, you are a calorie counter, you will either have to guess, or go through the book recipe by recipe and tot them up. Not ideal, especially as this is a low fat cook book, so it should at least show you how low fat it is!
