I bought this after hearing Chloe Madeley interviewed on the radio. She seemed to be talking some sense so I thought I'd give it a go. Whilst I am sure this will suit some, it's not really for me. The recipes are pretty bland, and there are far too many exercises for me - nothing I hadn't seen or wasn't doing already. So, fine for some, but not for me.
Don't be fooled by the basic looking exercises this boom kicks your ass!! I am an avid gym goer and this has changed my out look on training! I'm only 3 days in and lost 2 pound. Diet is easy to follow but you will definitely want carbs by the 4th day!! Can't wait to see the end result!
Like the way it's laid out, presented clearly what you need to do. Wanted to lose approx 8lbs, I go to the gym 4/5 times a week doing S & C classes and can run 5k easily. I found the first workout horrendous so reverted back to the gym classes, my BodyBoss Hiits, running and spinning. In the first week I have lost 6lbs. I won't be sticking to it for 4 weeks or I will disappear and be fed up of the recipies as not much choice. The pancakes which you look forward to on carb days are like slop so don't bother making either. You will be hungry!
The low Carb diet in this is very easy to follow and very tasty, it's not been hard to stick to. The exercises look eaasy but I found it hard to keep referring back to the book between each movement and it made everything take longer for me however I am used to dvd exercise programmes and i'm sure that once you get to know the moves you no longer need to refer back to the book.
Great book. Lots of information with diet plans recipes and exercises. Food is quite restrictive as in what you can combine. You have to follow plan exactly and be totally committed to get the results. But hey, it's only 4 weeks and you can achieve good weight loss. Noticing the difference 4 weeks can make is motivation enough to stick with it. Good luck, you can do it!
Omg this book!! I bought it not knowing what to expect but I followed her plan for 8 weeks and wow the results spoke for themselves! I actually had a six pack for the first time in my life, however having said that I did lose a lot of muscle mass so came off the diet plan so I can rebuild the size I have lost! Looking forward to the next book and the fat loss plan!
