Brilliant. Many familiar classics alongside dozens of more obscure but equally moving works.

Great collection and a particularly acute intro by Ted Hughes about memory, meaning and method.

A good selection of rich and resonant poetry chosen by Ted Hughes, with his introduction containing tips for memorising poems.

Great selection.....if only i could learn and quote them by heart. Id also recommend the larger Faber anthology by Hughes and Heaney: The Rattle Bag.
