Recipes broken down into each component (a theme common in books like this) which makes them easy to follow and achievable. What it also allows is for you to use certain components for other desserts if you want. Fantastic book, wonderful inspiring photos. Anyone who enjoys spending a good day relaxing making a truly impressive dessert, this book is for you.
