Give it a miss.
It is very out of date (1939) with very poor pictures.
No real info on tools, or how to use them. the diagrams are also of poor quality and misleading.
As for the projects - A wristband coin purse "useful for boys and girls alike to carry their daily allowance to school or camp"

I feel really "ripped-off" Probably OK in 1939 but not now

Unfortunately this book is too old and out of current practice to be of much use. It is vaguely of historical interest, but the pictures are not particularly helpful, nor is the text. If you really want to try some hobbyist leathercraft activity form the 1930's it might be of some interest, but even here it is limited.

Good introduction to leather working with some good simple designs. However this is a very short book originally written in the 1930's and is therefore old fashioned. OK as a short introduction for beginners but nothing more.

It provides some projects for you to complete. Mainly a series of holders, for your keys, cards etc. It gives you a plan for each one, in inchs, but doesn't discuss the techniques/tools needed. Very basic guide, not great for beginners as I am.

This is just what it professes to be - fairly basic but useful with 'can do' ideas. Good for the starter.

This is not an extensive work but does give a few beginners projects to try. Some techniques are also treated but in limited detail.

This isn't a book that I would recommend to others. It isn't very well thought out and the items it gives to try and make are very old fashioned.
