This is a very poor book. I know it's on the reading list at Manchester Business School (UK), which is why I bought it, but it disappointed. The individual chapters are based on early drafts produced by MBA students, and it shows. The text is vague, badly-written, and full of impressive-sounding platitudes with little substance. The sentences are contorted, the sense garbled. Try the chapter on Project Management: I've never seen such a poor explanation of what is by now a standard and well understood topic. For me, this is one of those typical blah-blah business school texts. Save your money. There are better books out there.
