A useful guide for local attractions and directions. Out of date for recommended bars and restaurants. We went to 6 which had all closed down.

Very useful if you are going for a long weekend. I thought I'm not going to use but at the end I couldn't go out without it.
The map is very useful and the book itself show you the best places to go and tells you a bit about each place. I do recommend it.

Pocket size guide with fold out map so as this was our first visit to seville this was essential. Captured the flavour of each district of the city with good recommendations and tips throughout.

Yet to put this little book to the test, but from my armchair in England it looks to fit the bill superbly.
Full of concise information and pocket sized.

As a professional travel journalist, I use guidebooks all the time, and this one is one of the best I've seen in ages. It has everything you need to know for a long weekend (or longer) in Seville. The map is excellent, and layout of the book is innovative and useful, but the best bit is that the author's voice comes through (I like this, don't like that, but you might, etc). After all, the author IS the expert, but so many guidebook publishers insist the author remain completely neutral and just present dry facts. Well done Frommers for encouraging their authors to tell it like it is (or at least like they experience it).

I had access to many other guidebooks for this trip (Eyewitness Seville, Rough Guides Andalucia, etc), and this one was the only one I used.
