This is a fascinating book, full of interesting case studies which show how widely applicable EMDR can be. If you thought that EMDR was just for treating PTSD (which it is approved for by NICE in the UK) this book will open your eyes to a range of issues where bilateral stimulation can form a useful part of therapy. There are also intriguing discussions about ego state therapy and its use with EMDR.

Its a great book to look into specific EMDR protocols for various conditions. The case studies are helpful to illustrate how the protocol works in practice. I have used the DeTur protocol for clients with addtictions and have been very pleased with the outcomes

This book is very good for extending the knowledge of EMDR for practitioners. It is a compendium of chapters written by eminent exponents of EMDR compiled by the author.

Hard to read- couldn't get myself to read beyond the first two pages. Definitely not my favourite as I have other more interesting books on EMDR back to back.
